As the UX manager and design lead overseeing this project, I played a pivotal role in defining the UX strategy and product roadmap to increase conversion and digital revenue. From ideation to full end-to-end agile implementation, we helped drive important business key metrics through improving the digital customer experience.
Project 01
KFC US: user research & UX refactorING
As the Sr. UX Design Manager overseeing this project, I am leading a team of 14 designers, researchers, and copywriters to take on the design challenge of creating a white label product that utilizes a single core platform that services 7 unique QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) brands like Jamba Juice, Auntie Annes, and Cinnabon.

Go To Foods: One Product, seven brands
After conducting a current state analysis of the legacy product and SME interviews, we identified the key areas of improvements and prioritized the users needs to ideate and implement the MVP product with an new updated modern UI design.
